Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 July 2026
1. Who We Are
MK Dietitian provides evidence-based nutrition consultations and resources delivered by an HCPC registered dietitian. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and how it is handled, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. What Data We Collect
Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), enquiry type, and your message.
Digital products waitlist: email address and, optionally, your area of interest.
Automatically: basic, anonymised usage and performance data via Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal identifiers.
3. How We Use Your Data
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, arrange a consultation. Waitlist emails are used only to notify you about new digital products and, if you specify an interest, to prioritise relevant updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Lawful Basis
We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you have initiated) and, where a consultation is booked, in preparation for a contract. Waitlist sign-ups are processed on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
5. How Data Is Stored and Sent
Form submissions are sent by email via a third-party SMTP provider and are not stored in a database on this website. This site is hosted on Vercel. Website analytics (Vercel Analytics) are cookieless and do not track individual visitors.
6. Data Retention
Emails containing your enquiry or waitlist sign-up are retained only as long as necessary to respond to you, provide services, or comply with legal and professional record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent or object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@mkdietitian.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with the updated date above.
9. Contact
