I'm a registered dietitian with NHS clinical experience, supporting adults and children with evidence-based nutrition — online and in person.

Frequently Asked Questions
No referral is needed. You can book directly — many of my clients are self-referred. If your GP has recommended you see a dietitian, I'm happy to work alongside your healthcare team.
Both options are available. Online appointments work well for most clients and offer flexibility around your schedule. In-person sessions may be available depending on your location — just ask when you get in touch.
Yes. I support both adults and children, from weaning and fussy eating through to fertility, pregnancy, and long-term condition management. I work with the whole family when it's helpful.
If appropriate for your needs, I can provide a personalised nutrition plan with practical meal ideas and recipes. Everything is tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and goals — never a generic template.
It depends on your goals. Some clients need just one or two sessions for focused guidance, while others prefer ongoing support. We'll discuss this together and you're never locked into a set number of appointments.

A dietitian is a protected title regulated by the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council). This means I've completed an accredited degree, clinical placements, and ongoing professional development. I'm qualified to provide medical nutrition therapy as well as general healthy eating advice.
