Based on everything we discuss, I'll create a plan tailored specifically to you — your health needs, food preferences, lifestyle, and goals. This isn't a generic template.

  • Written summary of our consultation and agreed goals

  • Personalised meal ideas and recipes (on request)

During the 5–7 day window
